The Novenst drying oven is designed for drying sprayed and treated garments with hot air which is continuously recirculated by a special high-temperature electro-blowing fan.

The oven is a double-walled aluzinc steel construction and lined with insulated panels. The oven is equipped with an electric heat exchanger or a gas burner , thermostatic temperature control, vertically- hinged front door/s and electrical control panel. The noise level emitted during operation does not exceed 85 dB.

ENTRANCE DOOR

The oven is fitted with vertically hinged doors on the front loading side and, on request, on the unloading side as well. The wide-opening doors allow easy access for garment trolleys. They feature the same structure as the perimeter walls and are fitted with full perimeter rubber gaskets and panic handles.

HEATING

The hot air is produced by a heat exchanger installed on the right wall of the oven. The forced recirculation of heated air is achieved by a special high-temperature electro-blowing fan, installed on the outside of the heat exchanger’s enclosure.
The air enters at the bottom of the oven through a channel system with adjustable deflectors and is recovered and filtered from the top of the oven to provide clean air for recirculation.
